Form Component

The Form Component allows users to create, customize, and manage forms with various field types. You can decide what fields you want to display in your form - we currently allow for text input, an e-mail input or a checkbox input. Please follow the below instructions to setup your Form component:. Step 1: Log in to your Beezer Dashboard.. Step 2: Click on the Build section -> Select an existing page or click the "+" to add a new page.. Step 3: Search for "Form" and click the "Add Form Component" button at the bottom of the page.. The following fields are available under the form:. . Text Email Checkbox File Number Phone Number Dropdown (please use comma to separate the options) Step 4: You can make a field mandatory or optional by toggling the Required Field option. Tap the field you want to set as mandatory and enable the toggle.. Step 5: You can also add an alternate email address to redirect the copy of the form. To enable the alternate email address option enable the toggle button and enter your email address section. You can also send a copy of the form to admins or your registered email address.. Step 6: Under Design, you can Override Design and set Text color and Button design.. . . . Please Publish your app once you have made the changes, so they get reflected on your app successfully.. The data captured will also be available to be viewed within the Analytics section of the Beezer dashboard.. All Form data captured will be sent to the e-mail address associated with your Beezer account. Users can attach media files and documents while submitting the form.. If you require more complex capability from Forms, we suggest using a 3rd party Form building tool such as TypeForm and embedding it into your Beezer app using the iFrame component.
